Origins
TwoMinuteWarning.com was founded in 1997, when a bunch of NFL fanatics with different interests (stat geeks, fantasy players, those with an interest in becoming consultants to NFL teams, and yes...gamblers) got together to start charting drives to provide additional insight into what really matters in pro football.
Year by Year notes
1997 - private site with no public access
1998 - completely free public access, weekly predictions posted based on drive chart stats
1999 - free access, new emphasis on play by play level data, as well as contrarian indicators, straight up office pool picks
2000 - still free, U.P.M debuts with resounding success, monster season for the overlays
2001 - first season with some Subscriber-only content, Trends column debuts
2002 - "Best Bets" feature, Injury Report column, Summary Sheet debut
2003 - another solid season, Scott taking on more responsibilities as site founder Roland focuses on basketball, Full Story debuts
2004 - 70% year for the Red Zone column, another powerful overlays campaign
2005 - Roland leaves for NBA work, Scott in charge..."year of the favorite" produces poor gambling results, Barrington Henry shines
2006 - reverts to free access for all tools, but pay for Staff Picks, fabulous season, including 60% Station's Contest record
2007 - site's tone/mantra changed to "Dead Serious"...and some profitable efforts from the key columnists
2008 - the mainstay classic features deliver solid seasons: DC Dogs 60%, PBP Dogs 61%, Red Zone picks 63%, Trends 58%, Season Win Picks 63%...
2009 - mixed but strong contrarian results -- CSM 62%, Consensus 59%, Turnover Difference 58%...and the PBP Dogs clock a 59% year too
2010 - The Falcon takes a turn in charge making picks, with the tools you know and love back for another campaign
