    Not that this constitutes a great deal of meaningful data, but based on this table you would speculate that home teams with losing records on the year are poor bets overall, particularly as favorites. A few teams might be worth a closer look here in 2007:

    • Cleveland - plays as underdog to a Cincinnati team that is 0-3
    • Houston - plays as underdog to a Jacksonville team that is 1-2
    • San Francisco - plays as underdog to a New Orleans team that is 1-2
    • Arizona - plays as underdog to a N.Y. Jets team that is 1-2
